Carmen was born in Western New York and moved to Florida when he was 13 years old. He’s the oldest of 4 kids, and fitness has long been a part of his family’s lifestyle.

Carmen was a standout student at the Center for Neurosomatic Studies and is a NASM-certified personal trainer. Carmen has also competed in both powerlifting and bodybuilding competitions, and he’s looking to get back into playing ice hockey in a recreational league. His previous work experience includes years in the construction industry, and he feels like he has found his true passion and direction in his role as a therapist.
